Sport and the economy
Fifteen years between Decathlon and Sport 2000. The culture of rigour, of the collective and of large-scale decision, learned where it is truly lived.
International engagement
Years alongside NGOs and foundations, in Africa, Asia and Canada. Director of the NewSporAfrica foundation in 2007, and ambassador of the Olympic project for the African continent.
Strategy advisory
From 2006, at the dawn of digital, supporting project founders and working within digital incubators.
Entrepreneurship and impact
In Conakry, Guinea, in 2006, adviser and co-founder of Baldidi, a 4x4 rental and concierge company for the international industrial groups in charge of infrastructure and mining. Then the creation of a digital ecosystem dedicated to equine health and the equestrian world: an information site, a mobile app, an online store and a marketplace. With successes and failures, both forming the true school of enterprise. The creation of brands, too, with laboratories in dermatology, cosmetics and equine supplements.
The Pando group
From 2024 to 2026, director in charge of marketing and digital within the Pando group, a mission-led company of one thousand employees, all shareholders, based in the Vosges, with national reach, both industrial and in construction. The impact-driven company lived from within, at scale.
Representation and engagement
Since 2024, President of Medef Vosges and of the Mission-Led Companies Club for Medef national. Founder of the Grand Week of the Economy, to bring the economy back into public debate, with culture, work, youth, environmental and technological stakes, and geopolitics as its threads. Member of the French Institute of Directors (IFA).
Why this approach
Twenty-five years on the ground lead to one certainty: a transformation rests on a leader who knows where they are going, and who has the time to think it through.
Societal Nation® was born of this certainty, initiated by Didier Lemaire around engaged experts. Not a theory: a practice, tested in contact with companies and territories.
